Redmi Watch 2 Launched With GPS, 1.6-inch AMOLED Display And SpO2 monitoring

Along with the Redmi Note 11 series phone, the company also launched the next-gen Redmi Watch 2, at today’s event. The new Redmi Watch 2 comes with a 1.6-inch AMOLED display with a 63.7% screen-to-body ratio and ultra-thin bezels. The smartwatch also offers 100 colourful watch faces and an always-on display.

In addition to the new display, the Watch 2 has an upgraded list of sensors that help deliver blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) tracking, heart rate monitoring, and sleep analysis. The Redmi Watch 2 also has support for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou to track indoor and outdoor workouts.

The brand also added that they use professional algorithms to improve the analyze heart rate, training duration, and calorie consumption. According to the company, it also has an upgraded low power-consumption chipset and batter battery management algorithm, which promises up to 12 days of battery life. The new watch supports a brand-new magnetic charger.

The Redmi Watch 2 also supports 117 fitness modes, including 17 professional workout types. It has a 31g light-weight body and ATM water resistance.

The Redmi Watch 2 is available in Black, Blue, and Ivory casing with Brown, Olive, and Pink strap colours and it is priced at 399 yuan (Rs. 4665 approx.).
