Kent is the second most popular name in the Indian water purifier industry. The KENT Grand is a new upgrade series from the brand, and it definitely deserves a second position on this list of best water purifiers in India.

KENT Grand is a wall-mounted water purifier that uses a combination of RO (Reverse Osmosis), UV (Ultraviolet), and UF (Ultra Filtration) + TDS controller to provide safe and clean drinking water. The quality of the filter is quite good, with a good lifeline, and affordable, so your maintenance cost of the machine is very pocket-friendly. This machine has no mineral cartage, but if required, you can easily install it by yourself or a technician.

One of the unique features of KENT Grand is its digital display, which is very convenient for daily use. The display shows filter life, RO flow rate, and purified water quality information. If you don’t need a digital display, you also have a normal version option (lower cost).

The KENT Grand has a high storage capacity of 9 litres, ensuring that you have enough water for your entire family. Its sleek design and transparent cover give it a decent look. Yahh! This design is now out of trend, and it doesn’t look good with a modern kitchen setup, so I think Kent needs to consider it.

Otherwise, the purification process is very fast, delivering up to 20L of water per hour. Kent also markets this product as a zero-water waste purifier, but it’s just the marketing team; the reality is quite different.

Overall, The KENT Grand water purifier is definitely a value for a money choice with good quality hardware, low maintenance cost, and good after-sales service. If you are OK with its old-school design and do not require any advanced features, then you can definitely go with this water purifier.

Pureit Vital Max is another best water purifiers you can buy if you don’t require a UF filter. If your water source is good (ex, Metro City Corporation water), you have no need for a UF filter; R0+UV+Mineral should be enough for you.

For extra, the Pureit Vital also has a separate Mineral Enhancer Cartridge, which ensures the right amount of minerals in your water. The purifier has a TDS controller that adjusts the TDS level of the purified water, ensuring that it is safe to drink and has a great taste.

Aquaguard by Eureka Forbes is a well-known and trusted brand in the water purifier industry. With years of experience and a strong commitment to good after-sales service, you can be assured of the quality and performance of the Aquaguard Marvel NXT water purifier.

The biggest selling point of the Aquaguard Marvel NXT is the inbuilt active copper technology. Along with AC cartage, the company also added the full-size mineral cartage, which helps improve the water test and adds some beneficial minerals to your drinking water.

Otherwise, the purification process includes a pre-filter, sediment filter, activated carbon filter, RO membrane, UV e-boiling, and mineral guard technology. The performance is really good with the industry standard filter quality, and the purification process is also very smooth and speedy (15L/h). Don’t be confused by the name ‘UV boiling; this is just for marketing purposes; otherwise, it’s just a normal EV lamp.

The Marvel NXT has a storage capacity of 8 litres, which is sufficient for an average-sized family. Yes, I do have some complaints about the build of this product, but design-wise, I really like it. The Marvel NXT features a sleek, compact, stylish design that easily blends with your kitchen interiors.

In conclusion, the Aquaguard Marvel NXT is a decent water purifier at an affordable price range. The lost maintenance cost and fast after-sales service are the main reasons to choose this water purifier over others.

Why we chose it?

The Livpure GLO is a very popular water purifier series in the budget segment. One of my friends recently bought the Livpure GLO PRO++ water purifier, and he has only one complaint: the company didn’t provide a pre-filter in the box. You must buy it separately (600-700 Rs) when most other brands provide it.

The Livepure GLO is available in 4-5 different variants with different filter technology combinations. You can buy any of them according to your source water TDS (link available at the bottom of this review).

Apart from this, the build quality of the Livepure GLO is quite good and definitely justifies the price tag; the only thing that needs improvement is the tap design and build. It’s very slim and compact on the design front, making it an attractive addition to any kitchen. It also has tiny, good-looking icon lights, indicating any power status, water tank full, and purification status. It has no advanced features or filter replacement indications, but it’s cool! We can’t say much at this price.

Regarding maintenance, the Liverpure GLO after-sales service is average (not the best, not too bad, according to 30-32 customer reviews), and the filter replacement cost is minimal.

The Livpure GLO PRO water purifier is good for reliable and affordable water purification solutions.

The Kent Elegant is my next choice on this list of best water purifiers. It comes in four variants: RO+UV+UF+Copper, RO+UV+UF+Alkaline, RO+UV+UF, and RO+UF. You can buy any one of them according to your water source TDS. I highly recommend you go with the first two variants.

The Kent also provides an inbuilt TDS controller, so you don’t need to buy it separately. KENT Elegant comes with an 8-litre storage tank, ensuring you have a sufficient supply of purified water even during power outages. The water purification process is very fast, but water waste is a little bit high. One of the standout features of the KENT Elegant water purifier is its copper and alkaline cartage addon. The four-year free service is also the reason to choose this water purifier.

The V-Guard is a new entry in the water purifier industry, but it is gaining popularity very quickly with its good after-sales service and solid performance. The Rejive model by V-Guard is available in four different models with mineral and alkaline cartridge addons.

Additionally, the provided filter quality is really good and provides effective purification. The company also provides the two pre-filter replacements free of cost, which is really cool. The V-Guard Rejive also has an indicator light for the purification process, a full tank, and low pressure.

Why we chose it?

If your source water quality is good and the TDS level is below 150, then you don’t need RO; only UV or UV+UF is fine for you. So, if you are looking for a good quality UV water purifier with water storage capacity, then HUL Pureit Marvella is an ideal option. Along with the UV chamber, it also comes with an inbuilt four-stage verification that removes any solid particles.

The Pureit Marvella also has an alert system that warns you 12 days before your purifier stops working.

The first robot vacuum cleaner on our list is from iRobot, an American brand well known for its consumer robots. This robot cleaner is one of the most refined robotic vacuum cleaners on the market, and it can go on for weeks without needing care. This robot comes in two variants, with the significant difference being the self-emptying feature, which you can only get with the i7+ variant that includes the dock called the “Clean Base.” You can choose the i7 variant if you are okay with cleaning it yourself, or you can go with the i7+ variant, which will self-empty itself into small bags.

The i7 and i7+ also have a few design changes to facilitate the self-cleaning feature. The cleaning dock with the i7+ also acts as a stand for your cleaning robot, allowing it to charge itself when it is not being used. This robot vacuum cleaner can clean your whole house without any human involvement, which is quite impressive. It has an intelligent mapping feature that maps your entire home, and then you can select which rooms are to be cleaned and which are to be omitted, which is a pretty awesome feature. You can choose boundaries inside rooms so the robot doesn’t sneak into parts it is not supposed to be in. Another good part is that it picks up almost all sizes of debris without any issues. You also get the option to connect it with Alexa, which means you can get your house cleaned with a single voice command.

Of course, every coin has two faces, and just like that, the i7 also has some disadvantages, which obviously start with its expensive pricing. The iRobot Roomba i7+ is currently available at a little less than Rs. 60,000; meanwhile, the i7 costs close to Rs. 45,000, which is quite a hefty price. Also, the maintenance costs a lot as the parts wear out after regular usage and need replacement after a few months.

The Viomi Alpha S9 is a high-end robotic vacuum cleaner with self-disposal technology and advanced navigation. One of the standout features of the Alpha S9 is the Auto Dirt Disposal tank (3L capacity), which ensures one week of automatic cleaning of your home. Yes, the self-disposal tank also has a tank full indication light, and you also get a notification message on your phone.

Another great feature of the Alpha S9 is the supportive App. The vacuum is controlled through the Mi Home app. Setting up and using the robot with the app is really easy. The cleaning robot has several cleaning modes, including spot, edge, and scheduled cleaning. This allows you to customize the cleaning experience to suit your specific needs.

It supports 2700Pa Suction, which is ideal for daily house needs. It can easily suck dirt out from 2mm to 3mm. The cleaner has a 250ml Smart Water Tank for moping. It did great with the details while mopping, from marble to wood. The mop is never too wet, and the floor doesn’t get flooded, even on max.

Moreover, It uses a combination of 12 sensors, including laser distance sensors and a camera, to create an accurate map of the cleaning area. This allows the robot to clean efficiently and systematically, covering all areas of the house without missing any spots.

Another great feature of the Alpha S9 is its ability to clean for up to 150 minutes on a single charge with a 5200mAH Battery. This allows it to clean large homes without needing to be recharged. The robot also automatically returns to its charging dock when it needs to be recharged.

Overall, the Viomi Alpha S9 is a high-quality, powerful robotic vacuum cleaner with a great combination of advanced features and ease of use. It is expensive but delivers a great cleaning performance and a good battery life. It is a great option for those who want a powerful and efficient robotic vacuum cleaner.

Moving on to our next build on our list, we have the Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P, a robotic vacuum cleaner and a robotic mop that can intelligently mop your floor and costs almost half the price of the iRobot Roomba. This robotic vacuum cleaner comes with a 3200 mAh battery pack, which can power it up for about 130 minutes and is enough to cover a medium-sized house easily. The app is compatible with the Mi Home app, which allows it to be fully controlled by the app. You can set up scheduled cleaning, restricted zones, and selective cleaning. 

One of the most exciting features of this robot is automatic recharging and resuming to clean from where it is left over. This works because you can set up a charging dock for the robot, and as soon as the robot runs out of juice, it will automatically reach out to the charging dock and connect itself, which is quite impressive. It will also resume its work from where it left off if it gets low in the middle of its cleaning. You can save up to 10 maps in memory, which is more than enough for most houses. The robot houses 12 high-precision sensors and has a powerful suction capability, allowing it to easily handle most of the cleaning without human intervention. 

The Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P usually costs around Rs. 25,000, but you can get it for a little less during sales. It is one of the best robotic vacuum cleaners in its price range. Of course, it is not as good as the iRobot Roomba i7+, but it is way more affordable and valuable for the money.

The Roomba i3+ is our next choice on the list of best Robot Vacuum Cleaners, which is quite similar to the Roomba i7+, and one might be easily confused among them. But when you hear the pricing, it indeed gets more interesting. The i3+ costs around Rs. 50,000, which is Rs. 10,000 less than the i7+. Yes, you also get the same plus variant, enabling the same self-emptying and charging features just like the i7+. But what’s the difference, so let’s start with the major one. The first significant difference would be that the i7 uses a camera to map your whole house, whereas the i3 relies on a sensor mounted at the robot’s bottom. Having a camera mounted on the top allows the i7 to have a more detailed look around your house and better mapping than the i3.

The i3 can also be controlled via the smartphone app and is compatible with Alexa, but what it lacks is that you cannot give commands to clean out a specific room, nor can you block out parts of your room, which were quite some handy features of the i7+. Of course, you can still ask the Roomba i3 to clean your house, and it would clean just like the i7 would, but you would need to take care of the parts you don’t want the robot to go through, which could be a bit inconvenient for some. I would personally suggest going with the i7+ if your budget allows it. The Roomba i3+ would be a good option for those who don’t have pets or a complex house with no places where the bot could get stuck and damage itself.

The next robot cleaner on our list would be from the Ecovacs and has two variants, N8+, and N8 Pro+. Like the iRobot Roomba, the Plus on the N8 and N8 Pro stand for the additional cleaning dock, which facilitates self-cleaning. Both the robots are pretty similar in features and do both the jobs of cleaning and mopping your floors. They have a few different sensors that will make a difference in their work. You get a LiDAR sensor mounted on both robots to map your house. The difference lies in the front bumper, which on the N8 has an infrared anti-collision sensor; meanwhile, the N8 Pro features 3D sensors, which gives it an upper hand in detecting and dodging obstacles. 

You will get a dedicated app to control both robots, which work similarly. This app lets you connect the robots to your WiFi network, enabling Google Assistant or Alexa support. The cleaning station allows the robots to empty themselves and recharge for the next cleaning. A good feature is that the robots will automatically return to charge themselves when they have done the job or if they have no power to continue further cleaning. The nice part is that they will charge themselves enough to complete the left cleaning instead of charging themselves fully, which saves a lot of time. 

The N8+ and N8 Pro+ are pretty good choices and have impressive features like prioritizing rooms per the requirement and setting no-go zones. The N8 Pro has a slight advantage over the N8 as it smartly dodges obstacles in its path, but If you are okay with your robot bumping into some of your things, you can save a few thousand and go with the N8+ variant.

Moving on to our next Robotic vacuum cleaner on our list of best robot vacuum cleaners, we have the ILife A11, which is a dry & wet robotic vacuum cleaner. This robotic vacuum cleaner costs around Rs. 30,000 in the Indian market and can easily handle the cleaning and mopping tasks without any issues. It has a suction power of 4000 PA, which is considered strong in a robotic vacuum cleaner. It comes fitted with a Li-dar sensor, allowing it to easily map multiple floors and plan out efficient ways to clean them.

On a single full charge, ILife A11 can cover an area of 2,690 sqft, which means it can easily cover 4 bedrooms without needing to recharge. You can also choose to customize the cleaning area as per your requirement and even set a no-go zone for areas in which you don’t want your robot to sneak in. The A11 is even smart enough to return to its docking station when it runs out of power, so you can start cleaning and forget about it. It will recharge when it’s done or continue from where it left off. Meanwhile, the companion app also offers numerous other features like scheduled cleaning, suction power adjustment, and more. Overall, the ILife A11 is a really good robotic vacuum cleaner with good features and strong suction capabilities.

The next vacuum cleaner on our list would be the Yeedi Vac 2 Pro. Yeed could be a new name for some of you guys, and you are not wrong; this Singapore-based brand is a little new to the market, but that does not mean it can’t be trusted. This new brand has quickly captured most of the market and gained numerous good reviews. The Vac 2 Pro has a suction power of about 3,000 pa, which is quite powerful for satisfactory cleaning.

Another good thing about the Vac 2 Pro is that it comes with smart sense technology, which allows it to dodge any obstacles and clean up your house smartly. This vacuum cleaner can easily run for about 240 minutes, so it can even clean big-sized houses on a single charge. Like most other vacuum cleaners in this budget, this one can recharge itself when needed and continue cleaning right where it left off. The cleaner also comes with Alexa support, so you can easily give voice commands to get your house cleaned. You can also customize your maps and set up cleaning schedules from the companion app as per your requirements.

We now have another pocket-friendly ECOVAC vacuum cleaner on our list of best robot vacuum cleaners, the ECOVACS DEEBOT 500. This robotic vacuum cleaner costs around Rs. 10,000, making it one of the most affordable cleaners on our list. Well, it’s not a two-in-one mopping and cleaning solution like the V5s Pro, but it offers the same tangle-free cleaning feature, which could be a good point for considering it. It features decent suction power, allowing it to clean your house well.

It can continuously clean for about 120 minutes and self-dock itself to the charger when it gets low. You can turn it on, and it can self-clean your house by randomly navigating itself. This vacuum cleaner is ideal for cleaning hard surfaces like tiles and floors. Just like the V5s Pro, the cleaning on the carpets is quite a disappointment, but it is justifiable for its price point.
