These are the best gaming laptops under 60000 Rs
Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3Value For Money Option
The Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 is a budget-friendly gaming laptop that offers solid value for its price. With a starting price of just over 60,000, it features the latest 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12450H/Ryzen 5 6600H chipset, 8GB of RAM, a 512GB/256GB SSD, and a 4GB Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card.
Note that the Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 is available in several different variants. However, in my opinion, only three variants within the price range of Rs 60,000 offer the best value for money, and I recommend purchasing one of those. These three variants include one with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12450H chipset and another with a Ryzen 5 6600H chipset. Additionally, there is an option with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5 and GTX 1650 graphics card if you’re on a tighter budget. So, if your budget is limited, you can also consider purchasing that variant.
In terms of design, the IdeaPad Gaming 3 feels solid and well-built, with minimal flex in the chassis and lid. It has a sleek and understated appearance, with blue accents on the exhaust ports, adding a touch of style. The laptop weighs 2.3kg, making it relatively lightweight compared to some competitors.
When it comes to gaming performance, the IdeaPad Gaming 3 delivers decent results at 1080p resolution. It falls behind some of its competitors with higher-end GPUs in benchmark tests but performs adequately for the price range. It can handle games like Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Far Cry 6, Grand Theft Auto V, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Borderlands 3 at playable frame rates.
In terms of productivity performance, the IdeaPad Gaming 3 holds up well. It delivers solid CPU performance in tasks like video transcoding and file copying, making it suitable for everyday productivity tasks and light content creation.
The 15.6-inch display of the IdeaPad Gaming 3 offers good brightness and vibrant colors, although its color gamut coverage is not as extensive as some competitors. The keyboard is responsive and comfortable to use, with decent key travel, while the touchpad is spacious but can feel cramped for left-palm placement.
The laptop’s audio quality is impressive, with clear and crisp sound from the speakers. The Nahimic audio utility provides different sound profiles to enhance the listening experience for different types of content.
Upgrading the IdeaPad Gaming 3 is possible but may require some effort, as accessing the internals involves removing multiple screws. The M.2 SSD is replaceable but only supports shorter 42mm drives. The RAM can be upgraded, but replacing the entire kit is more cost-effective than matching the existing 8GB stick.
Battery life is average for a gaming laptop, lasting just over four hours in typical usage scenarios. Heat management is decent, with the keyboard and touchpad staying relatively cool, while the underside can get quite warm during intensive tasks.
The webcam on the IdeaPad Gaming 3 is a standard 720p unit, adequate for basic videoconferencing but unsuitable for streaming or low-light environments. In terms of software, the laptop comes with minimal pre-installed Lenovo software, and most of the included apps are standard Windows 11 offerings.
The Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 offers good value for gamers on a budget. While it may not match the performance of higher-end gaming laptops, it delivers solid gaming and productivity performance for its price range. With some potential upgrades, such as additional RAM and a larger SSD, it can be a capable and affordable gaming option.

Intel Core i5 11th Gen + GTX 1650
HP VictusSecond best choice
CPU Score This Laptop
GPU Score (Average FPS)
The HP Victus is an affordable, powerful gaming laptop below the HP Omen series. The solid build quality, minimalist design aesthetic, comfortable keyboard, and decent display quality are the leading prime points of this HP gaming laptop. These unique specialties make them suitable for work as well as play.
The HP Victus is an all-plastic laptop that feels sturdy enough to use without any give on the keyboard. The V logo in the center of the lid makes this gaming machine look aesthetically pleasing.
Coming to display, the display isn’t outstanding, though it’s not bad for the price. The bezels are skinny, and the FHD IPS panel produces good color. The only complaint about the display is that we don’t have the option of a high refresh rate display.
The HP Victus comes equipped with the fifth generation AMD Ryzen 5 – 5600H Hexa-core chipset with a base clock speed of 3.3GHz and a turbo boost of up to 4.2GHz. This laptop also has the latest 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12450H chipset. If you can spend an extra 3000-4000 rupees, I recommend the variant with the latest 12th gen processor. You’ll get around 10 to 15% more overall performance, which is definitely worth it. So, if you can stretch your budget a bit, I suggest going for the one with the latest 12th gen processor.
There is an 8GB DDR4 RAM and 512GB SSD onboard for processing support. But if you require more power, you can easily upgrade RAM up to 32GB and SSD.
The graphics department has a 4GB DDR6 Nvidia GeForce 1650 GPU alongside the CPU that offers a smooth gaming experience. You also have the Radeon RX 5500M GPU option. The Radeon RX 5500M is a mighty GPU, but still, I prefer 1650 because of optimized driver support.
You also have the advantage of a full-sized single LED-backlit keyboard on the deck that offers tactile feedback, and you can work effectively in dark environments. The webcam is also decent and offers good quality when sitting in a room with sufficient lighting conditions.
The HP Victus is powered by a 70Wh lithium battery that lasts approximately 4-5 hours with normal to medium use. You will also have a 150W power adapter to recharge the battery levels from 0 to 100% in 2 to 2:30 hours.
I already told you that this is not just a gaming machine but also perfect for video editing and other productive tasks.

MSI Bravo 15Runner up Choice
The MSI GF63 is the next choice on the list of best gaming laptops under 60000 Rs. While it may not be the most powerful gaming machine out there, it offers decent 1080p resolution and frame rates for its price range. At less than 60000 Rs, it provides good value compared to more expensive options.
In terms of gaming performance, the MSI GF63 holds up well in its price range, delivering satisfactory frame rates in various high-graphics games. However, it falls behind more premium gaming laptops in terms of overall performance. It’s important to manage graphical settings to achieve smoother gameplay.

One of the highlights of the MSI GF63 is its keyboard, which is better than expected, featuring a full-sized layout with a number pad. The device also offers plenty of ports for connectivity. However, its design is bulky and lacks the sleekness of higher-end models.
The display is where the MSI GF63 falls short. It appears dim and lacks vibrancy, with lower brightness and color gamut than other gaming laptops in its class.
Battery life is decent for productivity tasks but significantly drops when gaming, which is typical for gaming laptops. The device also gets hot during use, although not excessively so.
Overall, the MSI Bravo 15 is a capable gaming laptop at an affordable price. It offers respectable performance, a comfortable keyboard, and enough power to handle most games.

Acer Aspire 7 & 5 (2023)Affordable gaming laptop
The Acer Aspire 7 is our fifth choice on the list of best gaming laptops under 60000 Rs. This gaming laptop looks like a regular laptop initially because it has got none of those flashy RGB lights or prints that can indicate that it’s a gaming laptop. But don’t let the looks fool you, as the Aspire 7 by Acer is a beast when it comes to gaming, and it offers exceptional performance on this budget.
The gaming laptop sports a sleek and lightweight design, making it convenient for on-the-go gaming. The brushed matte black colors give it a sophisticated look, and the white backlit keyboard adds a stylish touch. The touchpad is responsive, and the built-in fingerprint sensor enhances security.
The 15.6-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate provides a decent viewing experience, especially for gaming. The IPS panel delivers good image quality, and the thin bezels make the display appear larger than it is. While it may not match the quality of OLED displays found in more expensive laptops, the IPS panel offers excellent value for the price.
Under the hood, the Acer Aspire 7 is powered by an Intel 12th-gen
12450H chipset, NVIDIA RTX 3050 GPU / RTX 2050, 8GB/16GB DDR4 RAM, and a 500GB PSI Gen 4 SSD. While not the most powerful configuration, it offers smooth gameplay and efficient multitasking. The dual-channel memory configuration boosts frame rates in games, and the device easily handles demanding titles like Fortnite and GTA 5.
The laptop’s connectivity options include USB, HDMI, and AUX ports. The downward-firing speakers provide clear sound quality, although headphones are recommended for a more immersive experience. The hinge allows the laptop to open up to 180 degrees, providing flexibility in positioning.
Battery life is decent, lasting around 3.5 to 4 hours during gaming sessions. The charging port placement may be slightly inconvenient for some users, but overall, the Acer Aspire 7 offers good battery performance.
In conclusion, the Acer Aspire 7 (2023) is a solid gaming machine choice for budget-conscious gamers. Its light and efficient design, capable hardware, and 144Hz display delivers a smooth gaming experience at an affordable price point.

ASUS TUF Gaming F15Old but affordable
The Asus TUF Gaming is our last choice on this list. With its 12th gen Intel Core i5-10300H processor and Nvidia GTX 1650 graphics card, it offers decent and smooth gameplay at 1080p resolution without any hiccups. It can also handle productivity tasks effectively, making it a versatile option.

The specifications of the Asus TUF Gaming F15 include a 15.6-inch 1080p display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 8GB DDR4 RAM, and a 512GB PCIe 2.0 NVMe SSD for storage. Regarding connectivity, the laptop offers a good range of ports, including a Thunderbolt 4 port, USB Type-C and Type-A ports, HDMI 2.0, Ethernet, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
In terms of gaming performance, the Asus TUF Gaming F15 offers decent gaming performance with its Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 GPU.
The Asus TUF Gaming F15 display is decent, with sharp images and good color accuracy. However, it falls short in vibrant areas, and HDR support could have improved the display quality further. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, with pleasant keycaps and responsive switches. However, the trackpad is not as enjoyable to use, being small and requiring more effort to click.
The audio quality of the laptop’s speakers is usable but lacks strength compared to other laptops with Dolby Atmos capabilities. It delivers decent clarity for music, but the speakers struggle to reproduce low frequencies effectively.
The Asus TUF Gaming F15 allows for upgradeability, with easy access to RAM and storage slots by removing the bottom plate. The laptop has a 90Wh battery, which provides a battery life of around seven hours and thirty-five minutes, making it reasonable for a gaming laptop.
Regarding heat, the laptop remains relatively calm during gameplay and other tasks, with the keyboard and touchpad staying at comfortable temperatures. The webcam quality is subpar, with washed-out colors and grainy details, making it advisable to consider external webcams for better quality.
The Asus TUF Gaming F15 comes with Asus’ preinstalled software, including Armoury Crate and MyAsus, providing real-time stats, customization options, and other features. The laptop comes with a one-year warranty.
In conclusion, the Asus TUF Gaming F15 is a powerful mid-range gaming laptop. While it falls short in areas like display vibrancy, touchpad quality, and speaker strength, it offers good value for its price range.

Under a 60000 Rs budget, the Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3, MSI Bravo 15, and HP Victus are the best gaming laptop to play high graphics games like GTA 5.
8GB vs 16GB Gaming Laptop?
When it comes to gaming laptops, the amount of RAM you have can significantly impact your gaming experience. While 8GB of RAM can handle many games, upgrading to 16GB can provide several benefits.
If we talk about a budget of 60,000 Rs, generally, you will find gaming laptops with 8GB RAM in this price range. However, it is possible to find gaming laptops with 16GB RAM as well, but it’s important to make sure that you don’t compromise on the graphics card or CPU while chasing higher RAM. In most cases, gaming laptops can be easily upgraded, allowing you to upgrade to 32GB or even 64GB RAM. So, if you end up buying a laptop with 8GB RAM, don’t worry because you can easily upgrade it by purchasing additional RAM in the aftermarket. However, keeping in mind the requirements of modern software and games, I would suggest going for at least 16GB RAM in a gaming laptop.
