After introducing the Motorola Edge 20 series recently, Motorola Mobile has launched its latest premium segment smartphone Motorola edge (2021) In the US market.
The new Motorola edge (2021) is available in only the Nebula Blue color variant and is priced at $699.99 (52110 Rs approx.), but with a special launch offer, it will available with a $200 discount for a limited period. The phone will be available for purchase at Best Buy, Amazon.com, B&H Photo, and Motorola Online store starting on September 2.
The Motorola edge (2021) is actually the successor of last year’s Motorola edge, but it’s not a flagship like the Motorola edge+ smartphone. It comes with a 6.8-inch FHD+ LCD HDR display with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 576Hz touch latency.
Under the hood, it is powered by Snapdragon 778G chipset with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. On the camera department, it has a 108MP primary camera, 8MP ultrawide-angle lens with built-in Macro Vision, and a 2MP depth lens. For selfie and video calls, it has a 32MP front sensor with an f/2.25 aperture.
The Motorola Edge (2021) runs on the latest Android 11 OS. It also comes with wireless connection capabilities that allow you to move your smartphone’s games to the desktop’s big screen, and use your apps on a desktop display. The new Ready For PC features lets you instantly connect your desktop PC to 5G networks, share files, and use your Motorola Edge as a webcam all on the same screen.
Coming to the battery, it has a 5000 mAh inbuilt battery with TurboPower 30-Watt charging that promises up to 9 hours of backup time in 10 minutes of charging.
